Weeks 1–2

  • Wake window: 35–50 min
  • Naps/day: 6–8+
  • Night feeds: on demand

Weeks 3–4

  • Wake window: 45–60 min
  • Naps/day: 6–7
  • Night feeds: on demand

Weeks 5–8

  • Wake window: 60–75 min
  • Naps/day: 5–6
  • Longer stretch may emerge

Weeks 9–12

  • Wake window: 75–90 min
  • Naps/day: 4–5
  • Bedtime routine: 10–20 min

Gentle Routine Template

Feed → Burp → Awake time (low stimulation) → Wind‑down → Sleep. Keep lights low after sunset, and use consistent cues.
