1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Snugs.ai website (the "Site"), joining our waitlist, or interacting with any features we make available (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
2. Who We Are; What We Offer
Snugs.ai is developing AI‑assisted tools intended to support parents and caregivers. The Site currently provides informational content, a waitlist form, and sharing features. Any references to advice, insights, or guidance are informational only and are not a substitute for professional judgment.
3. No Medical or Emergency Advice
The Services do not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice. The content is for informational purposes only. Always consult qualified professionals regarding health or safety concerns. Do not use the Services for emergencies. If you believe your child or anyone is in danger, call your local emergency number immediately.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
5. Accounts; Waitlist; Communications
When you join our waitlist or contact us, you may provide an email address and other information. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that we may contact you regarding product updates, announcements, and related communications. You can opt out via the unsubscribe instructions in our emails.
6. Your Submissions; License
If you submit feedback, ideas, or suggestions ("Feedback"), you grant Snugs.ai a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty‑free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and create derivative works from the Feedback without restriction or compensation.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) misuse the Services; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to access non‑public areas or systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Services; (d) upload malware or harmful content; (e) use the Services to harass, threaten, or violate others’ rights; or (f) use the Services for illegal, harmful, or high‑risk activities.
8. Third‑Party Services and Links
The Services may rely on or link to third parties (e.g., Tailwind CDN, Google Apps Script, social platforms, icon CDNs). Snugs.ai does not control third‑party sites or services and is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third‑party services is governed by their terms.
9. Privacy
We may collect limited information such as your email address to operate the waitlist or contact form. We use this information to communicate with you and improve the Services. By submitting information, you consent to our use and processing of that information for these purposes. Do not submit sensitive personal information. 10. Intellectual Property
The Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Snugs.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site or the Services.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. SNUGS.AI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR‑FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SNUGS.AI OR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Snugs.ai and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
14. Changes to the Services and Terms
We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the Effective Date above or by reasonable notice. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, the sections that by their nature should survive will survive (including Feedback license, IP, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law).
16. Governing Law; Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington, for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
